Having its steady position in Lithuania, the company expands widely in the Ukraine and Bellarusya, and excpects larger growth in Latvia too.

"There have appeared some changes in the company but we are happy because we managed to creat a strong, qualified and motivated team in a short period of time, there has also been a new business management system implemented, as well as the remote equipmet control system without parallels, and the management system has been changed substantially", says Nedas Karklius, Director General of UAB "Rolvika".

Next year we also prospect further investments into the development of the service spectrum we provide. It contributes to the development of product assortment – we started to develop a new line of heat pumps” , says Mr Karklius.
Here, in Lithuania, "Rolvika" owns its affiliates in Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and additionally the service masters in Panevėžys, Druskininkai and Alytus, as well as a secondary company UAB "Robiga", which deals in the field of metalwork design, manufacture, sales, and installment. "Ventilation and conditioning field has been growing significantly, therefore, there is enough space for everyone in this segment, and at the particular moment demand is higher than supply", - states Mr. Karklius.

Profit is not planned

This year "Rolvika" is planning the consolidated turnover of LTL 37 mln. Last year the sales of the company totaled LTL32,3 mln. - 9% less than in  2005. (LTL35,1 mln.), at the same time these data, according to the head, are only of UAB "Rolvika".

Last year, in comparison to 2005, the turnover grew in Lithuania. At the end of 2005 a huge project was implemented in Bellorusya and that is why the financial data may give an impression that the turnover decreased in 2006", explaines Mr. Karklius.
The further project development is prospeted in Bellorusya but the head is not willing to disclose it due to the commercial reasons.
According to Mr. Karklius, last year only UAB "Rolvika" incurred loss, and there was no of such in respect of the group. This year the company does not plan any profit as there are investments to the quality improvement prospected.
