Automatic control systems are installed in the metal lockers. The lockers are made of sheet steel of 1,5 mm thickness covered su epoxy - polystyrene layer, su fixed cable collars using which the safety class of lockers su a single door remains IP65 (accoding to EN60529 NEMA4) and su a two-leaved door - IP55.
1. A part of the control system power includes: knife switch, combined engine protection, automatic switches, magnetic launchers and connection clips:
- a handle of a knife switch or a switch itself is installed outside the control locker (a side or door), therefore the electric power supply to the system can be terminated immediately in case of the system equipment operation default, accident or fire;
- a combined engine protection includes: protection from short circuit and adjusted protection of the engine of a compenser or ventilator from overload. Insulation according to the safety requirements, effective restriction of short circuit current, aetting the nominal load of the engine, a rapid restoration of normal operating ensures a reliable and safe work of chilling and ventilation systems;
- automatic switches and/or cutouts disconnect separate chains of power or control in case of short circuit suout termination of work of the entire system;
- magnetic launchers commutate a part of the automatic control power;
- the electric part of chilling and ventilation system is easily and reliably connected to the control locker su the help of clips.
2. The control chains are separated from the power part. These chains include: elements of additional protection, controllers, computer network and indication:
- the equipment is protected from įvairių defaults of power supply su the reley of phase missing, chain and asymmetry check;
- the computer newtwork provides a consumer su the possibility to observe and handle the equipment operation in site and/or at a distanceusing the modem connection. The base of data and information on defaults is accumulated and stored. In case of a default, the maintenance service receives a SMS message.
If the client requests, the following items are used for chilling and ventilating system control:
- special controllers of the company ELIWELL. Controllers of serial production are intended for handling of standard configuration compressor central and condenser ventilators;
- programmed controllers of the company SIEMENS. These controllers are programmed according to the existing equipment configuration for the required operation algorithm significantly reducing the amount of control chain logic and temporal elements, ensuring more reliable operation of systems, sizing down the control box itself. One controller allows handling of two, three or more aggregates or centrals or chilling and ventilating systems together.
4. During the control box mounting there are installation materials and complements of the world famous companies Siemens, Eliwell, General Electric (GE), Legrand, Allen-Bradley, AEG, Finder ir t.t. used.
