Solenoidic faucets are used for control of the refrigerant flow in the chilling systems. CASTEL manufactures solenoidic valves su thread or soldered joint of the dimensions ¼" to 1.5/8" diametro. Solenoidic valves are normally open and normally close.
Safety-valves ae used in chilling and air conditioning systems to protect evaporators, condensers, liquid receivers from overpressure. A safet-valve opens when pressure exceeds the fixed value and the spring stains. The pressure that will open the valve is set in the plant and marked pn the housing of the safety-valve.
Reverse valves are used in chilling and air conditioning systems when the flow reversion of the refrigerant must be avoided. Reverse valves need to be installed as so the direction of the refrigerant is the same as the direction of the arrow marked on the valve.
Observation eye-spots are used in the Refrigeration systems for rapid and safe check of the state of refrigerant or oil in the system. There, in observation eye-spots, is also installed a humid indicator which changes its color responding to moisture surplus in the system.
Due to įvairiausių reasons, there is some moisture in Refrigeration systems. Water solubility in the refrigerant changes at different temperature. It is reduced at the low temperature, then the released moisture freezes and partially or fully blocks the heating controller valve or capillary. Therefore, there must be a filter in each liquid line of the chilling system.
The CASTEL filters are of several types - mechanical and filters dehumidifiers absorbing moisture and acids. Filters are available su replaceable and irreplaceable inserts. Filters dehumidifiers su irreplaceable insert are filled su microgranules or have a hard insert, there is a metal grid preventing from nechanical soil. Filters are made of steel su endings covered su copper for soldering or thread joint covered su nickel.
Installation of an oil separator in the exhaust line after copressors is a necessity proved by an old practice. The oil separator isolates the oil melted in vapour of the refrigerant and returns it to the compressor. Therefore, the surface of condensers and evaporators is not impured and ther capacity is not reduced. Moreover, the oil separator reduces noise produced by pistons and valves of compressors.
